As technology continuously changes and upgrades, there is a direct increase in relating job opportunities. Imagine ten years ago we would not have dreamed of some positions or tasks or jobs created today.

In fact, Intuit Canada says freelancers, independent contractors, and on-demand workers will make up 45 percent of the Canadian workforce by 2020. Hence the reason why you may want to consider hiring a freelancer.

Freelancers are generally experts in their field who are highly motivated. They come highly knowledgeable and require very little training if any during the onboarding process. They are very adaptable because they change roles periodically.
